Pep Bird Farm is a family run farm in Oregon. We raise emus and ostriches on open pasture where the birds have room to roam, clean water, and good feed. We started small with a handful of birds and a simple belief. Healthy birds that live well lay strong eggs, and strong eggs make happy customers.
Today we ship farm fresh emu and ostrich eggs to 48 contiguous states. Some go to hatcheries and backyard breeders who want fertile eggs with a real chance to hatch. Some go to home cooks and chefs who love the rich flavor of a fresh emu or ostrich egg. And some go to artists who carve and paint our beautiful empty shells.
Our Quality Promise
Every egg we sell is candled, cleaned, and hand packed the day it ships. Hatching eggs are checked for fertility and handled with care so the air cell stays sound in transit. Eating eggs are picked fresh and never frozen. Empty shells are blown, washed, and dried so they arrive ready for display or craft.
We pack every order to survive an overnight trip across the country. Double boxing, foam cradles, and clear orientation marks keep your eggs safe. If anything arrives damaged, we make it right.
How We Ship
We ship to every state with a flat $25 rate and a $100 order minimum. Most orders go FedEx Priority Overnight so your eggs arrive fast and fresh. We also offer UPS Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail Express. You can read the full details on our shipping policy page.
