Our minimum order is $100. Shipping is a flat $25 to any state.

Shipping is a flat $25 on every order to every state, no matter how many eggs you buy.
How do I place an order?
Add eggs to your cart, fill in your delivery details, and send your order by SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. We confirm availability and send payment details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay and Chime are preferred. We also accept Zelle. Payment is arranged after we confirm your order. Nothing is processed on the website.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders ship FedEx Priority Overnight and arrive the next business day. UPS Next Day Air and USPS Priority Mail Express are also available.
Do you ship to all states?
Yes. We ship to 48 contiguous states from our farm in Oregon.
What is a fertile emu egg?
A fertile emu egg is an egg from a hen that has been with a breeding male, so it has the potential to hatch into a chick under proper incubation.
What is the difference between hatching and fertile eggs?
They are the same thing. A hatching egg is a fertile egg intended for incubation. We test for fertility and pack them for the best hatch chance.
How do I hatch emu eggs?
Incubate at 97 to 98 degrees Fahrenheit with 30 to 40 percent humidity, turn at least 3 times a day, and expect hatching at 50 to 55 days. See our incubation guide for full details.
What temperature is best for incubation?
Aim for 97 to 98 degrees Fahrenheit for emu eggs. Steady temperature matters more than a perfect number.
How long does hatching take?
Emu eggs take about 50 to 55 days. Ostrich eggs take about 42 days.
Can you eat emu eggs?
Yes. Emu eggs are delicious. One egg equals about a dozen chicken eggs and works in any recipe that uses eggs.
How big is an emu egg?
An emu egg is about 5 to 6 inches tall and weighs around 1 to 1.5 pounds.
How does an emu egg taste?
Rich and buttery with a creamy yolk and a mild flavor. Many people find it smoother than a chicken egg.
What are empty shells used for?
Empty emu and ostrich shells are popular for carving, painting, and display. Emu shells have a striking dark green color.
Do you sell ostrich eggs too?
Yes. We sell ostrich hatching eggs and ostrich eating eggs alongside our emu products.
What is the difference between emu and ostrich eggs?
Ostrich eggs are larger, about 3 pounds and creamy white. Emu eggs are about 1.5 pounds and dark green. See our comparison guide for details.

What if my eggs arrive damaged?
Send a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund the affected eggs.

Yes. Mix any products you like in a single order. Just meet the $100 minimum and shipping stays a flat $25.
